Ilyasa Haqqani has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ilyasa began their career in 2004 as a Linux Instructor - Coordinator at Bina Nusantara Computer Club. Ilyasa then worked as a Network Auditor at PT Asuransi Jasa Tania Tbk for a few months in 2006. Following that, they joined Freeport-McMoRan as a Voice and Data Officer in 2006, and later as a Training System Officer from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they joined PT Adaro Energy, Tbk as a Project Controller and later as a People Development System Specialist. In 2014, they moved to Telin (PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International) as a Talent and Leadership Development Senior Officer. Ilyasa then progressed through various roles, including Regional Account Manager, Regional Manager Voice and Mobility, and Regional Sales Director Voice and Mobility.

Ilyasa Haqqani earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (S.Kom) from BINUS University, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Competent SAM Level II - Strategic Account Manager from Capstone College Hong Kong in March 2018, Qualified Wealth Planner (QWP®) from QWP Academy - IAFP Global in April 2015, and Targeted Selection Interviewer from Daya Dimensi Indonesia in August 2014.
