Rui Carlos Teixeira has extensive experience in business development and project management, currently serving in this capacity at Telice since September 2016. Prior to this role, Rui worked at EIP - Electricidade Industrial Portuguesa, S.A. from February 2002 to September 2016, contributing to various projects in railway construction and overseeing production of catenary systems. Rui's expertise includes market analysis, risk assessment, strategy formulation, trend analysis, client relationship management, negotiations, budgeting, project and contract management, conflict resolution, and decision-making. Rui holds a licentiate degree in Energy Systems from the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto.
