Kenneth Djupsjö is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis and service management. Currently serving as a Delivery & Service Manager at Telia since August 2019, Kenneth manages the Crowd Insights delivery team and is actively involved in client meetings to estimate work efforts and allocate resources for data projects. Prior to this role, Kenneth was a Data Analyst within the Telia Crowd Insight team, focusing on the analysis and visualization of spatial data to address client business challenges. Kenneth also gained valuable experience as a Data Analyst and Junior Data Analyst at Tori.fi from April 2016 to August 2019, providing insights and analysis for business improvement. Earlier in the career, Kenneth worked as a Passenger Service Agent at Aviator Airport Alliance Europe AB. Educational accomplishments include a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Geography from the University of Helsinki, completed between 2010 and 2017, as well as an upper secondary school diploma from Gymnasiet Lärkan.
