James Flach has over 13 years of experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as a Data Analyst at Telhio Credit Union since November 2010. In this role, James performs quality control for the lending department, processes loans, and resolves queries related to loans and payments. Previous positions at Telhio include Retail Sales & Service Specialist, Branch Operations Specialist, and Member Service Representative II, where responsibilities included assisting with complex transactions and cross-selling services. Prior to Telhio, James worked at St. Luke Parish Federal Credit Union from June 2005 to December 2010, gaining experience in teller operations, back office processes, and marketing. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Wright State University, completed in 2010, along with education from Sinclair Community College.
