Ray Sierra

Ray Sierra has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Ray started their career as a Senior Systems Engineer at Labyrinth Consulting Group, where they supervised a team and provided support for the Novell network. Ray then moved on to Telemundo Media as an Information Systems Manager, before joining Assurant as a Senior Technical Analyst. After that, they worked at Texpack USA, Inc. as a Group Systems Manager.

Ray then transitioned to Univision, where they held various roles over the years. Ray served as a Systems Engineer, Technology Manager, IT Regional Manager for the Southeast US Region and Latin America, and Director of Service Desk and Desktop Support. In these roles, they oversaw various functions such as server and workstation management, technical support, and infrastructure design.

Their most recent role is with TelevisaUnivision as the Vice President of Global Workplace Services. In this position, they lead a large team and provides strategic direction in multiple countries. Ray has successfully implemented various initiatives, including outsourcing the Service Desk and Mobility Services Function.

Throughout their career, Ray has demonstrated strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, resulting in improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Ray Sierra obtained a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Florida International University - College of Business, which they completed between 1987 and 1992.
