Chad John is an experienced Application Deployment Manager with a strong background in managing application support teams and overseeing deployment processes. With a tenure at TeleTracking since October 2017 and previous experience in the same role at Hiperos from November 2014 to October 2017, Chad has developed expertise in the field. Prior to these positions, Chad served as Software Supervisor for IT-Operations at EDMC, where management of the support team for Tier 1 application systems catered to over 15,000 users and 100,000 students was a key responsibility. Chad's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Science from Robert Morris University and studies at the University of Pittsburgh.
