Anshu Mahajan is an accomplished Senior Human Resources Manager with extensive experience in managing HR functions across various organizations. Currently, Anshu leads HR operations at teleSys Software, Inc. since October 2020, previously holding similar senior management roles at ImpactQA and Smile Group, where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions for over 400 employees. Anshu began a career in HR with a focus on recruitment and talent management at Kwality Group and completed a summer internship at Philips Electronics India, contributing to employee payroll management and training analysis. Anshu holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Apeejay School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Philosophy from Guru Nanak Dev University, along with UGC NET qualifications in Labour Welfare and Personnel Management.
