Phern Ballard has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in various companies. Their most recent position was as an Account Auditor at TeleSource, Inc. starting in April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Payroll Analyst at Trane Technologies from November 2019 to April 2021, where they handled responsibilities such as managing overpayments and processing calculations.

Before that, Phern held the position of Accounts Payable Specialist III at Walmart Global Business Services from August 2017 to November 2019. Phern was involved in new automated system testing and consistently exceeded weekly production targets during their time there. Phern was recognized as the Associate of the Month in December 2018.

Phern also worked as an Accounting Specialist at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from October 2012 to June 2017. In this role, they conducted research on fixed asset information for audit purposes and updated asset profiles.

Earlier in their career, Phern gained experience in customer service and banking roles. Phern worked as a Teller at Piedmont Advantage Credit Union from June 2011 to September 2011. Phern also served as a Teller Supervisor at Peoples Bank - Newton, NC from August 2008 to April 2011 and at First Charter Bank / Fifth Third Bank from May 2005 to August 2008. In these roles, they managed teller operations and provided customer service.

Phern Ballard obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, Phern pursued Computer Technology and received a diploma from ECPI University from 1997 to 1998.
