Abby Lovins has a diverse work experience history. Abby started their career at Wachovia, a Wells Fargo Company, as a Customer Service Representative and Teller. Abby then moved on to Payment Alliance International, where they worked as an Account Manager, responsible for selling merchant services and managing a team of sales associates. After that, Abby worked at Yadkin Valley Bank (formerly American Community Bank) as a Teller Manager/Operations Assistant, overseeing daily operations and procedures, managing member access accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulations. At Telesource, Abby held various roles including Commissions Reconciliation Manager/Dedicated Account Manager, Senior Manager of TEIM Services, Director of TEIM Services, and currently serves as the Director of Client Development. In these roles, they were responsible for onboarding new clients, identifying and securing business opportunities for revenue growth, managing dedicated account reps, overseeing the TEIM division, and communicating with clients to understand their specific needs.
