Miroslav Petkovic is an experienced professional in customer success and marketing, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success International at TeleSign since February 2017, where responsibilities include leading an international team and facilitating customer transitions from prospects to active users. Previous roles at TeleSign include Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager, focusing on strategic accounts in EMEA and APAC, as well as team collaboration to ensure ongoing customer success. Prior to TeleSign, Miroslav held positions in marketing, including Marketing Manager for Volleyball Club "Vizura," where marketing strategies were developed and executed, and roles at Best Marketing International that involved account management and market research. Miroslav holds a Master's Degree in Marketing Management and Public Relations from the University of Belgrade and a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management from Alfa University.
