Henry Dubina serves as the Chairman and CEO of Telescope Innovations Corp., a position held since December 2023, where the focus is on leveraging automation, robotics, PAT, and Artificial Intelligence to enhance productivity in Process Chemistry for the pharmaceutical and chemicals sectors. Prior to this role, Henry Dubina was the President and Global Head of Mettler Toledo AutoChem Inc. from September 1991 to December 2021, leading initiatives to improve processes within the pharmaceutical and high-value chemical industries. Earlier in the career, Henry Dubina held the role of President of the Scientific Instruments Division at Leica Inc. from 1986 to September 1991. Henry Dubina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
