Carl Garnett has a diverse work experience spanning from 1994 to the present. Carl started as a Commercial Director at John Blackburn Limited, where they worked for 14 years. In 2008, they joined St Ives Group plc, first as a Commercial Development Director and later as Managing Director - Direct Marketing. In 2010, they served as a Board Member at Royal Mail Strategic Mailing Partnership. Carl then became the Managing Director at Garnett Dickinson Direct Solutions in 2013, before transitioning to become the Group CEO at Telescope, where they currently work. Concurrently, in 2014, they became the Director & Race Driver at Telescope Motorsport. Carl also served as a Council Member at DMA UK from 2012 to 2018.

Carl Garnett completed their education from 2001 to 2005 at the University of Leeds, where they obtained an MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In addition, they acquired a certification as a PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner from PRINCE2 in November 2010.
