Wallace Davis is an accomplished technical manager and engineering leader with extensive experience in the telecommunications and satellite communications industries. Currently serving as the User Terminal Technical Manager at Telesat since December 2021, Wallace leads a team responsible for defining the technical aspects of the Telesat LEO Lightspeed User Terminals. Prior to this role, Wallace spent over two decades at Comtech EF Data, progressing through various positions including VP of Commercial Program Development, Senior Vice President of Engineering, and Director of Software Development, where responsibilities included leading engineering teams, managing substantial budgets, and driving innovative product development. Wallace’s career began with roles at companies such as Intransa, Candela Technologies, and Mayan Networks, emphasizing software engineering and system architecture. Educational credentials include an MBA in Technical Management and Entrepreneurship from ASU, an MS in Computer Science from National Technological University, and a BE in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
