Alex Edwards is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in cloud operations and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer at Telesat since 2020, Alex has led the deployment of Azure cloud infrastructures utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and has effectively managed critical resources for optimal performance. Prior to this role, Alex worked as a Senior Cloud Support Engineer at Vision33, focusing on AWS environments and ensuring high availability and security. Starting in 2013, Alex gained experience as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at CIBC, providing comprehensive support for various systems and collaborating to enhance customer satisfaction.
