Tsvetelina Radenkova is an experienced Learning Experience Designer at Telerik Academy since September 2022, previously holding roles as Junior Learning Experience Designer, Vice President, and Secretary at the Youth Society for Peace and Development of the Balkans since October 2020. Radenkova served as a Senior Trainer, Coordinator, Junior Trainer, and Deputy Coordinator with the National Youth Forum of Bulgaria from April 2018 to September 2022, and as Deputy Director and Teacher at the Center for Arts, Culture and Education "Sofia" from March 2015 to September 2022. Radenkova also contributed as Project Coordinator at Maverick from September 2014 to June 2021. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education degree at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, Radenkova holds a Master's degree in Primary Education and a Bachelor's degree in Non-formal Education from the same institution.
