Tim Phillips serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Teleperformance, a position held since May 2017. With over 20 years of experience in customer experience management, Tim has developed comprehensive strategies for Global 1000 companies that integrate sales, operations, contact centers, and digital/mobile technologies. Previous roles include Sales Executive at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where engagement with clients and partners focused on BPO and CXaaS, and Vice President of Business Development at both TeleTech and Protocol Global Solutions. Tim's career also includes leadership positions at Sutherland Global Services, Gartner, and ADP. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from St. Lawrence University.
