Pawan Singh is an experienced professional with a strong background in team leadership and quality management. Currently serving as a Sr. Team Leader at Prithvi Information Solutions since December 2012, Pawan manages a team of 45 associates and oversees key functions such as process management and client escalation. Previously, Pawan worked as a Sr. Quality Analyst at Tech Mahindra, where responsibilities included call monitoring, report publication, and process improvement, while achieving Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification. Pawan's career began as a Customer Care Executive at Aegis BPO Pvt Ltd, handling inbound calls and providing subject matter expertise. Pawan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from Rishi Bamkin Chandra College.
