Kurt Green is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational delivery and cost optimization. Currently serving as Vice President of the Cost Optimisation Programme at Teleperformance since July 2019, Kurt leads initiatives aimed at enhancing financial efficiency across the business unit. Prior roles include Vice President of Transformational Change Programmes at Teleperformance, where significant operational improvements were achieved through offshoring and site optimization strategies. As Managing Director at Solution Proposals, Kurt managed notable engagements with various companies including Expedia and Barclaycard.
