Giorgos Matzidis possesses a diverse professional background with experience across various roles primarily in customer service and management. Currently serving as a Workforce Management Analyst at Teleperformance since June 2019, Giorgos also holds titles as Agent Trainer, Supervisor, and Customer Service Agent within the same organization. As a co-owner of CatDog Bar since February 2020, entrepreneurial skills are further developed. Additionally, Giorgos has been an Exams Coordinator at Hellenic American Union since May 2016. Previous positions include Customer Service Staff at Opap Play, a Bar Waiter at Skala Andros Batsi, and Contact Center Agent at Vodafone.
