Gaurav Sharma is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in team leadership and operations management. Currently serving as a Global IT TAM and Team Leader at Majorel since June 2021, Gaurav oversees client-specific compliance, team activities, and daily operations. Prior to this role, Gaurav was an Assistant Manager at Teleperformance, managing a team of over 50 agents, and a Team Leader at IGT Solutions, supervising 25-30 agents while focusing on performance management. Gaurav began the career at Concentrix as an Executive, providing solutions to international Amazon clients.
