Ayn Owens is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales operations and business enablement. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Sales Operations & Enablement at Teleperformance since March 2012, Ayn Owens focuses on driving growth and profitability while managing an international team and supporting the President of Business Development. Prior to this role, Ayn Owens was the Director of Sales Operations at Telvista, overseeing two business units with P&L responsibility and leading initiatives that fostered a team-selling environment for complex services sales. Earlier career experience includes serving as Director of Sales and Business Operations at Prodigy/Flashnet, where responsibilities included developing customer experience processes and managing customer feedback initiatives. Ayn Owens holds an MBA in Management and Finance from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Management and Spanish from Jacksonville State University.
