Jakub Kita has a range of work experience in technical support roles. Jakub started their career in 2019 as a Customer First Advisor at Shell Energy Retail, where they resolved inquiries and provided customer solutions. In 2020, they joined Majorel as an Office 365 Retention Manager, where they communicated with key customers, provided guidance on product usage, and monitored data security. Jakub also worked at TeamViewer as an IT Support Specialist, where they provided technical support and developed relationships with customers. Currently, they are working at Telenor Linx and Infolet Sp. z o.o. as a Technical Support Engineer.
Jakub Kita began their education journey in 2017 when they attended Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu. During their time there, they focused on studying law, although they did not obtain a specific degree. In 2018, Jakub transferred to Jagiellonian University, where they pursued a Licencjat (Lic.) degree in Economics. Jakub dedicated three years to their studies at Jagiellonian University, completing their degree in 2021.
