Werner Deferme is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry with extensive experience at Telenet since September 1998, currently serving as Solution Manager. In this role, Werner supports Business Tribe leads and Product owners by providing technical expertise to enhance the value of IT services. Prior positions at Telenet include Business Consultant, IT Manager OSS, and Domain Lead OSS, focusing on application development, operational support systems, business alignment, and project management. Prior to Telenet, Werner worked at ESSEC Healthcare Telecom as a Software Developer and Service Engineer. Werner holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen, earned between 1987 and 1991.
