Dominika Siła has a solid work history in the insurance and healthcare industries. Dominika is currently serving as the Operations Manager at Telemedi - Digital Health Platform, starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Europ Assistance from 2014 to 2021, holding various roles such as Deputy Operational Manager, Supervisor in the Medical Team - Travel Assistance Section, and Junior Specialist/Specialist/Senior Specialist in Claims Settlement. Before joining Europ Assistance, Dominika worked at Warta as a Debt Collection Consultant from 2012 to 2014, and also held positions as a Standard Claims Liquidator and Senior Assistant with the role of Technical Liquidator. Their early experience includes working at Warta 24 PLUS Sp. z o.o. as an Assistant with the function of Technical Liquidator and subsequently as a Technical Liquidator.

Dominika Siła completed their education at two different institutions. From 2007 to 2010, they attended Akademia im. Jana Długosza w Częstochowie, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Zarządzanie (Management). Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Finanse i Rachunkowość (Finance and Accounting) from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach between 2010 and 2012.
