Delfina Ferrer de Frankenberg is an experienced PE and Health Teacher at the American School of Madrid since 2011, emphasizing a holistic approach to physical activity and student well-being. As a successful Volleyball Head Coach for both JV and Varsity teams, Delfina led the JV team to three local competition victories and two state championships. Additionally, Delfina serves as a Volleyball TV Analyst for Telemadrid and has founded and presided over the CLUB VOLEIBOL BULLDOGS since 2009, growing the club from its inception to a thriving organization. Delfina is also the Head of Learning and Development for the Federación de Madrid de Voleibol, where responsibilities include developing coaching curriculum. With a master's degree in Sports Psychology and a background in multiple coaching roles, Delfina is dedicated to fostering talent in volleyball at various levels.
