Mphatso Banda has worked as an ICT Intern at Electricity Supply Corporation of Malawi Limited from August 2021 to December 2022. Currently, Mphatso is employed as a Mobile Application Developer at Telekom Networks Malawi Limited starting in December 2022.

Mphatso Banda pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information and Technology with a specialization in Information Technology at Malawi University of Science and Technology, completing this course of study from 2017 to 2022.
