Justice Gondwe has worked at Telekom Networks Malawi Limited since 2009. In 2009, they served as a Telecommunication Engineer. From December 2013 to February 2017, they worked as a Call Centre Official. From February 2017 to April 2021, they held the position of Enterprise Sales Clerk. Justice currently holds the role of Enterprise Sales Offer, starting in April 2021.

Justice Gondwe attended Malawi College of Accountancy from 2019 to 2022. During this time, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management of Information Systems, with a specialization in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
