Raquel Guzmán has a diverse work experience in finance and auditing roles. Raquel is currently the Head of Finance & People at Telefónica Tech since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Accountant at Telefónica USA from August 2014 to December 2020. Raquel also has experience as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young from September 2011 to August 2014, where they gained extensive experience auditing organizations of different sizes and structures. Before that, they worked as a Junior Auditor at Crowe Horwath International from September 2007 to September 2011, where they audited organizations under Spanish GAAP. Raquel started their career as an intern at Horwath Auditores España in February 2007, providing support in audit reports preparation.

Raquel Guzmán attended the Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2001 to 2007, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Economics. Raquel then pursued an MBA specializing in Finance at IEB from 2010 to 2011.
