Lewis Wilson has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Lewis currently holds the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at Telef贸nica Tech, starting in September 2022. Previously, from August 2021 to September 2022, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Version 1. Prior to that, Lewis worked at UKCloud Ltd, starting as an Internal Recruiter in August 2016 and later becoming a Recruitment Manager from April 2019 to August 2021. Before their time at UKCloud, they had roles as a Senior Sourcing Specialist and Candidate Acquisition Specialist at Alexander Mann Solutions from January 2013 to July 2016. Lewis also worked as an Administrator at Cotswold Outdoor from October 2010 to December 2012.

Lewis Wilson attended St. Crispins from 2003 to 2008 and Sixth Form College Farnborough from 2008 to 2010. Lewis obtained a certification as a Certified Black Belt Recruiter from Social Talent in the year 2014.
