Geraldine Villanueva is a Senior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist at Telefónica Tech, overseeing recruitment for hubs across Spain, Germany, the USA, and LATAM since February 2022. Previously, Geraldine served as a Lead Technical Recruiter at Praxis, managing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions in Spain, Mexico, the USA, and Colombia. Geraldine's career also includes experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Mas Valor, where a focus on counseling projects and the identification of recruitment and training needs was pivotal. Geraldine holds a Master's degree in Neuromanagement and Human Resources Management and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from ISEP, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad del Valle de México and a Diploma of Education from PGIC in Toronto, Canada.
