Carrie Mininni currently serves as the Director of Inside Sales and Sales Operations at Teleflora since February 2023. Prior to this role, Carrie held various significant positions at Spectrum Technologies, Inc., including Sr Director of Domestic Sales, Marketing and Support, and Director of Domestic Sales and Marketing, where processes and KPIs were developed to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue goals were exceeded. At FTD, Carrie functioned as the Director of Sales and Operations, overseeing a substantial budget and managing sales and operations teams. Carrie's career also includes experience as Center Director at Standard Register and Small Business Account Sales Manager at Experian, where foundational teams and strategic plans were established. Carrie Mininni obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communications from the University of Iowa.
