Joseph Scaramuzza is an experienced professional in the medical device industry, currently serving as a Sr. Program Manager at Nextern since September 2022 and holding a Senior Project Manager position at Teleflex since January 2019. Joseph has previously worked at Teleflex in various roles including Project Manager and Principal Design Assurance Engineer, and at Vascular Solutions as a Senior Design Assurance Engineer and Sr Process Development Engineer. Early career experience includes positions at Lifecore Biomedical and Boston Scientific, where Joseph was recognized as a subject matter expert in balloon catheters and managed the successful transfer of production lines. Joseph started the career as a Manufacturing Engineer at BridgePoint Medical, where significant contributions included the development of process settings and management of CAPA documentation. Joseph obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Physics and Mathematics from St. Olaf College in 2010.
