Payam Minoofar is a Technical Team Lead and Research Scientist at Teledyne Scientific & Imaging, with experience in soliciting and fulfilling research contracts for the Departments of Defense and Energy since June 2011. Prior to this role, Payam co-founded walki-talki.com LLC and worked as a Scientist at Meissner Filtration Products, where contributions included the development of micro- and ultrafiltration products. Additional experience includes serving as a Chemistry Instructor at Ventura County Community College District, a Chemical Engineer at APIC Corporation, and a Scientist at John Wayne Cancer Institute, along with a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Muenster. Payam holds a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from UCLA and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.
