John (Billy) Walters is an experienced data scientist currently serving as Lead Data Scientist at Teledyne Brown Engineering since April 2021, where earlier held the title of Senior Data Scientist. Prior to this, John worked as a Data Management Consultant at Miller Waldrop Furniture and held multiple roles at BD, including Manufacturing Manager and Senior Project Engineer, overseeing operations and engineering for stent and graft manufacturing. Additional professional experience includes positions as Sourcing Project Analyst at CR Bard, Technical Planner at Raytheon, and Co-Founder and CFO of G3Box, which repurposes shipping containers into medical clinics. John’s career began in finance as a Financial Representative at Thrivent Financial for Lutherans and also includes roles in counseling and sales. Educational qualifications encompass a Master’s degree in Data Science from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University.
