Aline Soulakian is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an Associate HR Business Partner and Talent & Culture Coordinator at Telecon since 2023. Previously, Aline held the role of Human Resources and Recruitment Coordinator at iBwave Solutions Inc. from 2022 to 2023, and worked as a Coordinator for HR Policy at Sobeys in 2022. Aline's experience also includes serving as an HR Administrative Assistant Coordinator at the Canadian Cancer Society in 2021 and as a Customer Service Representative at IKEA between 2010 and 2022. Additionally, Aline worked briefly as a Translator and Reviser for the Government of Canada in 2021. Aline holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees from Concordia University, one with a specialization in Translation (French-English) and the other in English Literature, and has studied at HEC Montréal.
