Yaa Afriyie Opoku, PMP, currently serves as a Solution Sales Consultant for the Public Sector at Vodafone Ghana, where responsibilities include leading technical interactions related to enterprise solutions and collaborating with account management to close new business sales. Previously, Yaa held multiple positions at Vodafone from September 2014 to May 2022, including Radio Planning Specialist, where key achievements involved delivering cost-effective technical solutions and maintaining Net Promoter Score targets, as well as Network Strategy Engineer, focusing on strategy alignment and long-range planning for network performance. Prior experience includes working as a Radio Network Optimiser/Network Quality Engineer at Millicom International Cellular (Tigo) from July 2008 to August 2011, handling performance investigations and network optimization. Yaa holds a Master's degree in Mobile and High-Speed Telecommunication Networks from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
