Oleg Skiranov has a background in engineering and law with a Master's degree from Don State Technical University. Oleg then went on to further their education at South Federal University, obtaining a Specialist degree in Law. Oleg has held various positions at VimpelCom in Russia since October 2012, starting as a Leading Specialist in product introductions and information systems development. Oleg later moved on to be a Product Manager and Segment Marketing Manager before becoming a Senior Manager in New Business Development in the Convergence department. In May 2018, Oleg transitioned to Tele2 as a Senior Product Life Manager.
