Andrey Stefanenko has a diverse work experience. Andrey started their career as the Head of the medical insurance department at JSC "Insurance Company "Kommesk-Omir" from May 2004 to April 2006. Andrey then worked at Beeline Kazakhstan as the Head of the Corporate sales department from May 2006 to June 2011, where they were responsible for developing sales strategies and managing corporate clients. Following that, they joined Kcell JSC as the Manager and Head of the Corporate sales Department from August 2011 to January 2014. Here, they contributed to the introduction of B2B sales strategies and managed client relationships.

In 2014, Andrey became the General Manager at Happyhome Kazakhstan, where they successfully launched and developed their own start-up project in the internet retail sales sector. In 2019, they joined LLC "AYAM" as the Chief Commercial Officer, where they managed various aspects of the company's commercial and business units, including sales, marketing, and key partner relationships. Andrey'smost recent role is as the B2C sales and regional development director at Tele2 Kazakhstan, starting from October 2020.

Andrey Stefanenko attended Kazakh State Economy University at T. Ryskulov from 1998 to 2002, where they studied economics and finance. Andrey also attended School #130, although the duration and field of study are not provided.
