James Kratochvil has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. James started their career in 2006 at the University of Toledo, where they worked as a McComas Village representative until 2009. After that, they joined Fastenal as an Account Specialist from November 2009 to March 2013. James then moved on to KBS - Kellermeyer Building Services, LLC, where they served as a Customer Service Representative from October 2013 to February 2014. Currently, James is employed at Tele-Vac Environmental as an Operations Manager since February 2014.

James Kratochvil obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Management from The University of Toledo. James attended the university from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their degree, James also earned a certification as a PACP/LACP & MACP User from the National Association of Sewer Service Companies in April 2014.
