Mattias Lennartsson has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a Yrkeschaufför (Professional Driver) at Posten AB, where they were responsible for transporting heavy goods in urban areas and performing various other tasks. In 2015, they joined Atkins as a Script support (VBA) professional, where they worked on creating scripts for Excel to manage material lists and troubleshoot CAD lists. Mattias also worked as an OLE Design Engineer, primarily involved in a project for electrifying the UK railway system and responsible for allocation lists for the Gothenburg team. Mattias also handled smaller projects for tramway systems in Oslo and Gothenburg. In 2018, Lennartsson joined Husqvarna Construction Products as a Mjukvaruingenjör (Software Engineer), and during their time there until 2020, they developed their technical skills. Currently, they are employed as an Embedded Software Developer at Tele Radio Group, starting in October 2020.

Mattias Lennartsson began their education at Kunskapskällan Herrljunga, where they completed their Gymnasieutbildning in Naturvetenskap from 2005 to 2008. Mattias later attended Karlstad University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Högskoleingenjör Mekatronik degree. In 2019 to 2020, Mattias pursued C-programmering I & II at the University of Gothenburg. In 2020, they furthered their studies at the same institution and specialized in C# Programmering I. Finally, from 2020 to 2021, Mattias attended the University of Gothenburg to enhance their knowledge in C++.
