Will Goodall has over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Will currently holds the position of Head of Wholesale and Partners at Telcom, where they are responsible for managing the partner channel, ensuring partner growth and satisfaction, and providing access to high-quality networks and customer service. Prior to this, Will worked at ITS Technology Group, where they held various roles including Senior Network Sales Manager, Head of Reseller, National Sales Manager Indirect, and Partnerships Development Manager. During their time at ITS, they excelled at driving Ebit, market penetration, and partner satisfaction, and built strong partnerships with connectivity providers. Before joining ITS, Will gained valuable experience at Virgin Media Business, where they held positions such as Strategic Account Manager, Partner Business Development, Acquisition Manager, and Corporate Key Account Manager. In these roles, they worked closely with business partners, developed white-label Ethernet products, led successful sales teams, and managed a corporate customer base. Will's career started at Edenred (UK Group) as a Public Sector Account Executive and later as an Account Executive, where they were responsible for targeting public sector organizations and businesses, generating leads, and networking. Prior to joining Edenred, they worked at NTL Telewest as an Account Executive, selling a range of telecommunication products. Will Goodall attended Weaverham High School from 1993 to 1999. Will then pursued a degree in Political Science and Government at The University of Huddersfield from 2002 to 2005.
