Ofer Finkelstein has extensive work experience, starting in 1986 as a System Engineer at IDF-8200, a government agency. Ofer then worked as a System Engineer at Elisra from 1990 to 1991. Ofer joined RAD in 1991 and served as a Senior PLM until 2000. From 2000 to 2003, they worked at PacketLight Networks as a Product Manager. Ofer then joined TTI Telecom in 2003 as the Director of Marketing NG Networks & Technology until 2005. Currently, Ofer Finkelstein holds the position of Director of Marketing & Business Development at Telco Systems since 2005.

Ofer Finkelstein obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University in the period of 1990 to 1994.
