Catrisha House is an experienced educator with a diverse background in early childhood education and care. Currently serving as a Teacher with the Wake County Public School System since November 2022, Catrisha has previously held positions such as Lead Teacher at Matrix Human Services and The Order of the Fishermen Ministry Head, where responsibilities included developing lesson plans based on the High Scope Curriculum and ensuring children's well-being. Catrisha's career also encompasses roles as a Substitute Teacher, Direct Care Worker, Teacher Assistant, Home Health Aide, and Community Supports Technician. Holding multiple degrees in Early Childhood Education and Curriculum and Instruction from Shaw University and Baker College of Clinton Township, Catrisha brings a well-rounded perspective to educational practices.
