In 1996, they joined Td Communications, Inc. as an Operations Manager, responsible for scheduling, quality, and workload tasks. wade worked in this role until 2005 when they transitioned to TELADATA as a Project Manager, specializing in IT infrastructure consulting, design, and project management. At TELADATA, Wade played a crucial role as an unbiased client advocate, supporting various IT infrastructure technologies.
