Patrick Bauer has extensive work experience in the medical and healthcare industry. Patrick is currently the Executive Director of Clinical Development and Market Strategy at TELA Bio since July 2023. In 2008, Patrick joined Johnson & Johnson as an Aesthetic Sales Representative, focusing on prospecting, cultivation, and training for the aesthetics division.
From 2002 to 2008, Patrick worked at LifeCell, An Acelity Company, as a Territory Manager and Senior Sales Trainer, managing sales and account management in the upper Midwest territory.
Patrick's career started at PMT Corporation in 1999, where they held various roles including Central Region Manager, District Sales Manager/National Trainer, and Medical Sales Representative. Patrick managed sales representatives, partnered with engineering teams for product development, and worked with plastic surgeons and hospital ORs.
Patrick Bauer attended the Wisconsin School of Business from 1991 to 1995, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management. Additionally, they obtained a Mini-Master's Degree in Medical Technology Management from the University of St. Thomas.
