Melinda Sommerfeld is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and marketing consulting. Currently serving as a Sr. Project Manager/Scrum Master at TEKsystems since September 2021, Melinda has played a pivotal role in delivering value through agile methodologies for various teams in infrastructure and cloud services. As a freelance consultant since April 2020, Melinda specializes in strategic planning and client relations across multiple sectors. Previous roles include project management and communications leadership at Kiewit and Agile Transformation Inc., where collaboration and alignment across departments were key focuses. Melinda's foundation in marketing strategy was established at Nebraska Medicine and other agencies, where skills were developed in client management, brand campaigns, and effective communication strategies.
