James Gibney is an experienced networking and telecommunications professional with a career spanning multiple roles since 1997. Currently serving as a Sr. Unified Capabilities Network Engineer at TEKsystems since June 2022, Gibney also holds the position of ISP/VoIP Telecommunications Specialist at PAR Government since April 2017. Previous roles include Senior Network Technician at General Dynamics Information Technology, Network Engineer at Insight Global, and OCONUS REDCOM Technician at TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. Gibney has extensive expertise in maintaining and operating telecommunications systems, including fiber optic and copper cable installations, and has worked with military secure and non-secure internet protocols. Education was pursued at the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 1995 to 1997.
