Jacquelyn (Faber) Bovee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and delivery leadership. Currently serving as Delivery Lead at TEKsystems since July 2022, Bovee previously held roles including Talent Acquisition Consultant at Lucas James Talent Partners and Senior Talent Advisor at Freddie Mac. Bovee's career at TEKsystems also included a long tenure as Talent Acquisition Partner, where various recruiting and program management responsibilities were undertaken. Additional experience includes leadership roles at DePaul University Career Center, Computer Aided Technology, Inc., and Aerotek, where Bovee excelled in recruiting processes and client relationship management.
