Cam Coulson has worked in the tech industry since 1999, starting as a Territory Software Sales Representative for IBM. During their time there, they sold IBM's distributed software products and was responsible for generating 50-150K per week of new opportunity within existing IBM accounts. Cam also assisted in the training of new team members and worked with IBM Software Marketing teams in campaign design, positioning, and processes.
In 2005, Cam Coulson joined Aware Technologies as a Sales Representative, managing company accounts in the Canadian and US Midwest Regions. Cam sold Oracle, BEA, IBM, Veritas, and Microsoft products.
In 2007, Cam Coulson joined Idhasoft as the Canadian Sales Director, responsible for the Canadian Market. Cam provided Oracle Software and Services engagements as well as licensing consulting, and provided administrative support on Canadian tax and currency issues for the organization. Cam also worked as a License Management Consultant and Sales Executive for Idhasoft.
Since 2012, Cam Coulson has been working for TekStream Solutions as the Managing Director and Account Executive. As Managing Director, they are responsible for managing the sales of Oracle Services, Support, and Licenses for US and Canadian Markets. As Account Executive, they provide strategic consulting on Oracle licensing and support and drives new Oracle license sales. Cam also sells Tekstream Webcenter professional services.
Cam Coulson attended McMaster University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Business/Commerce, General, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in Business, with a minor in Religious Studies.
