Joanna Christodoulou is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently serving as the Head of the Legal Department at TeKnowledge since July 2024, Joanna also holds the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Tek Experts and previously worked as Senior Global Legal Counsel at YNV Group. Prior roles include Head of Legal at NICOSIA MALL and Commercial Legal Advisor at MTN, where responsibilities encompassed contract management, compliance, and litigation. Joanna's legal career began as a Legal Advocate at Georgallis & Syllouris Advocates and as a Junior Lawyer at Christos Hadjiloizou & Co, gaining experience in multiple areas of law. Joanna holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Commercial Law from City, University of London, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Democritus University of Thrace.
